Please contact the registration desk.<\/dt>\n<dd>\u2460Design \/ processing technological consultation at Central Workshop<br \/>\n\u2460Please feel free to contact us.<\/dd>\n<\/dl>\n<dl>\n<dt class=\"blue\">STEP2 Filling out the application form<\/dt>\n<dd><a href=\"https:\/\/shisaku.iis.u-tokyo.ac.jp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/shisaku order_20250611 e.xlsx\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Download the &#8220;Application Form<\/a> for Craft and Technical Training&#8221; and fill in the required information including the name of the laboratory, the name of the requester, the subject of the craft, and the budget type.<br \/>\nPlease select the blue background from the pull-down list. (The application form downloadable from the link on this page is the latest version.)<\/dd>\n<\/dl>\n<dl>\n<dt class=\"blue\">STEP3 Sending application form by e-mail.<\/dt>\n<dd>Please send it to a Central Workshop by an email with a drawing (schematic view).
